Midi octo-pad for use with alesis drum brain - i demo'ed the octo pad at the local music store. i could not get it to work with my korg triton or my alesis dm pro. :? we connected the midi in jacks as well as the midi out jacks. i did not see any audio

Trigger with midi - i just bought an alesis dm pro, and connected it up with my korg triton. for some reason the sound from the keyboard (triton) is short and distorted. is it my trigger settings? i'm trying to use the kick drum samples and mix them wi

Length of the midi note may be too short can the triton be set for ''one shot'' have the sample play in full regardless of note length can the dm pro set note length ?...

Trigger with midi - o.k. i've been trying the alesis dm pro all by itself. it is making a very unatural sounding machine gun like trigger sound. almost like it hits the triggered note maybe 4 times or so, per beat. the manual goes over this some, but it
