Dear all,
i'm doing an analysis with solid117 and source36 with a 360 deg model
obtained by rotating areas around a vertical axis.
i'm getting wrong results especially in the elements closest to the axis
which have a prismatic shape.

Dear gabriella,
how are you modeling the solenoid coil? i principle outside the indefinite
solenoid there is no field and, if i'm not wrong, you should not apply any
condition. It would be enough to apply the condition on the solenoid axis.

yes it is like this, but it depends how are you modeling the solenoid coils
and therefore if there is or not stray field.
