I have an xm 2.0i petrol 1991 y.O.M.
the problem is :-
cold starting, with clutch disengaged not pressing accelerator pedal after a few attempts it fires & then stalls if i hold down full throttle nothing if i depress the accelerator...

My 96 xm 2.1td has two intermittent problems:
1. The alarm goes off at random unless the internal ultrasonic detection is over-ridden using the dash push button. My local citroen garage quoted £22 for the supply of two replacement dashboard sensors....
