Scenalyzer - no sound thru external speakers

Edward, when i create an index and capture low rez in scenalyzer - i hear no sound through my external speakers - just the headphones plugged in to the m-audio firewire 410 sound card. Likewise in vegas 5 & vegas 6b...

Can't change the buffer size - m-audio firewire 410 card - hello! i'd like to understand why i can't change the buffer size - which is on 256 - in my card interface. there is some arrows to change it but nothing happens when i touch them. not poss

Are you trying to change it with cubase open? try it with no audio apps running.....

M-audio firewire 410 confusion! - once you get it how you want it, save the settings as the firewire defaults back to its startup settings on reload. this way you can get your gain & levels perfect and just 'dial in' each time.

Are you monitoring through audition or through the 410? if you're monitoring through the 410, you may need to open up the 410's software mixer and pan the input channels in question to the center....

The vo-bb :: view topic - just bought m-audio firewire 410 and protools m-powered.....

Thanks charlie, thanks kevin, you've kinda re-affirmed what i was thinking... I'd be better off just using audition for a session if i had to use audio tx. It wouldn't make much sense to go through all of the extra wiring...
