Command 8 vs mackie universal control - does it have talkback by any chance? My sf digi dealer just mentioned to me that the hui is ''ok'' the pro tools hd3 accel system i'm considering, but the command 8 is really the way to go because you can control many more features/parameters with it...... Daw - i dont think the dxb is comapitble with protools, but i might be wrong. have you considered the now discontinued mackie d8b??? they are going for 3k to 5k used, and v5 upgrade has the hui mode added. the control 24 is a control surface, wit Do you want a ''control surface'' or a ''digital mixer''??...
