This is actually my first car. Over last cuple of years i have lowerd it on compressd standard springs (4 inches) and short as kyb shocks. maybe it is worth remarking that that is true only for a structurally
unconstrained body.
if you fix structurally, let´s say, area 1, stresses will be different near
area 1 depending on tref.

you are wrong. Stresses are computed by
sigma(therm)=e*eps(therm)
where eps(therm)=alpha*deltat
so: sigma(therm)=e*alpha*deltat
if none of these variables is dependent on the reference temperature,
you will always receive the same stresses.
is your temperature distribution different at all? i don't think so. So
