How to turn it on

I put the Battires in it and nothing read from the LED...

Cannot edit the banks.

LED, when switching between effects, the settings dissappear and ALL banks are set to off. Cannot edit the banks, and there is no sound. When switced off and back on, pedal is set to factory default....
