fotos con franjas horizontales

Mi camara HP PHOTOSMART R707, luego de un tiempo de uso, toma las fotografias con unas franjas horizontales (se ven como si fuera una persiana) esto se puede observar tanto al verlas en el visor como al imprimirlas.. Que puedo hacer para corregir este defecto?
